The owner of this website is Wioletta Radzimska, operating as a tour guide in Barcelona.

2. Scope of Services
I offer private tours, themed walks, and sightseeing in Barcelona and surrounding areas. Details of each service are arranged individually with the client.

3. Reservations and Payments
Tour reservations are made via direct contact (contact form, email, phone). Payment terms, including deposits, are agreed upon individually.

4. Cancellations and Changes
If it is necessary to cancel or change the tour date, please contact me as soon as possible. Rules regarding refund of any deposits are arranged individually.

5. Liability
I will make every effort to provide services at the highest standard. However, I am not responsible for events beyond my control (e.g., weather conditions, local authority decisions, strikes, transportation delays).
